As an expert Senior Travel Consultant, you will:

– Handle incoming requests promptly through various channels.

– Book air travel, hotels, visas, and car rentals with precision.

– Ensure confidential and high-touch travel arrangements.

– Provide creative solutions for special client requests.

– Resolve issues on the spot with expert communication skills.

– Make independent decisions under challenging circumstances.

– Work both independently and collaboratively in a team.

– Continuously expand your knowledge and maintain a growth mindset.

– Achieve individual and contractual service level goals.

– Maintain client profiles, ensuring special requests are included.

– Ensure optimal customer service through effective communication.

Qualifications:

We’re seeking candidates with:

– 3+Years of relevant travel consultancy experience.

– Previous implant experience and familiarity with CBT tools (preferred).

– Dedication to customer satisfaction and excellent problem-solving skills.

– Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism.

– Proficiency in international booking and ticketing, including complex routes.

– Above-average productivity levels and proficiency in GDS systems.

– Internet research skills for client information.

– Flexibility to work weekends and handle on-call duties.
